can i make a disk from the windows installer

can i use the windows installer and then create a disk to use on another computer?/ i want to install a new clean os onto an old clogged up pc and its so old and slow it takes a long time so thinking ill download onto my pc and transfere...ive already started the windows nstall but see theres an option for a cd download wonder if ive got the wrong one

Are you wanting to create a Windows Install CD/USB, or an Ubuntu Install CD/USB?

If you are trying to copy a Windows installer to a CD, then we cannot help. That violates the Microsoft EULA, and that is against forum policy.
