I would like to buy this notebook:

ASUS 15.6" X53SV-SX014V at 504,00€

It has: intel core i5-2410m, 4GB ram DDR3, geforce gt540m (optimus), ecc ecc

I've read that the optimus technology has a LOT of problems but thanks to bumblebee project the problems seems to be "solved".

I would like to have other opinion...is it a good notebook?

Or if i want for 400€ i can buy an i3-2310m + intel hd 3000 + 4gb ram...but an intell hd 3000 has a very poor graphics capability...

I would not call Bumblebee 'solved'. I would avoid buying any machine that uses optimus if you intend to use Linux.

Asus is usually good whether you intend to use Linux or not though.

It might be some time before Optimus gets full support in Linux. You might want to see if the bios allows you to switch optimus off in the meantime. I think the new Lenovos offer a physical switch that allows you to toggle optimus. Check out the Y series.
