I have a dell L501X and when I try to install 11.04 I see a flickering affect that looks like some issue with drawing the screen. It's also non-deterministic - sometimes when I boot up after the laptop hasn't been on for a while, it's okay. This continues after installation too.
Spes: Core i7, Nvidia 435GT (optimus). I saw on the forums that there are issues regarding optimus, but I couldn't find a post regarding my specific issue. Thanks!
