Please help me get my version 10.x back!

Hello everyone.....
So, I upgraded from 10.x to 11.x and I'm really struggling with it. I have it on my laptop which I use for my business and I'm wasting too much time trying to learn the new GUI.

So...I want to go back to my nice and comfortable version 10.x

Is there a simple way to do this?
