When trying to run python-gasp for a tutorial I am experiencing a crash (attached screenshot)

upon running the script I am immediately given this box. The box and subsequently the entirety of the python shell become unresponsive and I have to go to system monitor and end the IDLE processes.

Thoughts?

Please include the code in code tags, it is irritating to write it all down.

That code works fine for me, have you tried to launch it from a text file and not using IDLE?

gasp Version: 0.3.3-1
Python version 2.6.6

EDIT:
Yeah, I have the same problem using idle. My best advice is to not use idle in this case.
