View Full Version : [ubuntu] keyboard and mouse freezes on Step 1(Select Language) when installing Ubuntu 11.04

Yesterday, I bought an assembled PC AMD 880 g chipset motherboard with AMD 1090 t Processor with logitech Keyboard and Mouse, i am trying to install UBUNTU 11.04 OS but whenever i select install OS on hard disk option my Keyboard and mouse freezes and i am unable to move forward for the installation. the only option i am left with is to restart the system. I have tred the same USB drive on my Dell Laptop i am able to install Ubuntu Successfully. I am in a real mess situation right now, please guide me at the earliest what to do.....:(:(

I have the same issue with both Ubuntu 11.04 and Ubuntu 10.10, but only with the 64bit versions. 32bit versions run okey, but only detect 3.2gb of the 16gb ram that are in that machine..
