Need Help Changing Menu Theme

Hey Ubuntu Community! So I need some help changing my menu theme. I really cant find anywhere on the internet how to do it. I just downloaded a .tar.gz from gnome-look.org but how to I install it? Thanks.

Can you post a link to the theme becuse it's not clear what you are refering to . Is it a Gnomenu theme ?
