I need a "stable" leopard emulator for Xcode. It can't be crashing none stop, its for the dev team and I don't want to buy a mac just for that. If anyone can think of one please let me know.

You can look at virtualisation as long as you have a legal copy of leopard. using virtualbox
(http://ubuntuforums.org/www.virtualbox.org)
However you would beviolating the EULA due to installing on certain hardware constrictions.

You will need to confirm the legality of the action yourself, i believe it states only Apple hardware

This is still the case. Apple only allow their OSX to run on Apple hardware in their licensing agreement.

ahh thought so, been a while so wasnt sure if it had changed.

so to OP as far as i know there is no real emulator as such and without apple hardware then supporting you here with virtualisation would violate the forum CoC.

as far as i know you cannot run Xcode on a linux. Though Macosx is based on BSD UNix (the gcc compiler family, the gdb debugger, etc.) is all open source and common to Unix and Linux platforms.
Though the Cocoa IDE app for Xcode is not portable as far as i know.
