On a fresh Ubuntu minimal + LXDE installation I can't find the "shout down", "reboot" and "stanby" bottons in the menu'.

When I click on the menù there's only "close session" and "cancel", with no options for turning off or rebooting the machine.

I'm forced to run the "halt" command in the terminal, but it is boring to do and, morover, I can't put my computer in standby.

I don't know the plain LXDE install but on Lubuntu there is an icon in the bottom left corner. If I click on it, a box opens with all those buttons in it. Maybe you should install Lubuntu desktop instead of just LXDE?

Solved installing Lubuntu-desktop instead of the only LXDE.

Thank you, 2F4U.
