Hi All,
I used PenDriveLinux to burn 11.04 onto a 16gb USB stick to make it bootable. I then tried to boot into 11.04 using the stick. I heard the distinctive Ubuntu sound but the screen was blank. Looking closely at the screen I could just barely see something displayed. But I couldn't read it at all. I had to do a hard shut down. I then put the stick into a different USB port. Same problem again. I hit the Fn-brightness-up keys but no change. Anyone ever hear of this problem? Any solutions? Need any other info? My screen is set to full brightness before I reboot.
