I installed Air Video with the following instructions:http://ubuntuguide.net/stream-videos-to-iphoneipad-with-airvideo-in-ubuntu-11-0410-1010-04/comment-page-1#comment-6807

I installed the libssl1.0.0 after (didn't realize i needed it)

When I tried to run AirVideo nothing Happened.

I then followed the following instructions:
http://www.addictivetips.com/ubuntu-linux-tips/enable-system-tray-notification-for-all-applications-in-ubuntu-11-04/
to enable tray notifications.
unfortunately I'm not sure what the proper naming for AirVideo is.

Still doesn't work.
It seams to be installed, but when i click on the icon nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Ok I deleted it and started over again and it seem to work fin.
just one question now:

how do I set up a pin so I can access my AirVideo server externally.
When I'm within my WIFI home network all is good, I just need to input the IP address,
BUT when I'm on the road with the kids, I need a pin number.

Any ideas how I can set this up?
