Agreement window shows up

Hi, I tried installing a program called unrar from LXTerminal using "sudo apt-get install unrar"
After allowing it to install, this window shows up, http://i.imgur.com/O5oNF.png but I don't understand what the window is about. The "[OK]" text is just a text and not even click-able.
What am I supposed to do with this window?
By the way I'm using lubuntu

I'm not sure why you are getting that screen on the installation of unrar. It usually appears when you install 'lubuntu-restricted-extras'.

Anyway, you have to use the keyboard to pass the screen. Use your arrows or tab until '<Ok>' is selected (it will change color). Then press enter.
