Asus e35m1 deluxe install problems.

I was getting this message while trying to install ubuntu from a external USB cdrom:
Unable to find a medium containing a live file system.

It turns out I was using the USB 3.0 ports. I moved the cdrom to the black USB ports under the PS/2 port, and the installation worked like a charm! :D

Hi, as I'm just about to buy the same motherboard, I'm curious....

Did you have any driver related problems, or anything else during the install worth mentioning.



PS: I will install Linux for the first time and I could really do without hickups ;)

What video driver did you use?

Do you have advanced graphics?
