I would say our installation is toast and you need to reinstall.

Unless it's in roots trash

Not me, my co-worker did it.

She just told me she delete the '/lib' folder by accident. Now the server can't boot. Both of us remote login through nxclient. The server is in another city. I can't even see what's on its console.

Not a lot I should imagine, /lib contains kernel modules and libraries necessary to run the system.

I'm not a sysadmin so hopefully someone will come back with some magic, but I would say your co-worker ought to get in a car quick.
