Installed the hamachi .deb file, and then tried the gui. Cd to the directory, ./configure, make, make install. Went fine, however a note in the readme file says I need to run hamachi-init once before i can use Hamachi, how do I do that? I can start Hamachi by clicking hamachi-gui but it just keeps asking for my password all the time.

Off-topic question: Why does Ubuntu keep popping up requests for my bt mouse to control the mouse? I'm clicking allow but it just pops up again and the mouse doesnt work.

Thx alot that was easy. Can't use it however, when i press login it says failed to login or something. It could be because I'm on the school network, but hamachi for windows works on this network...

when you install haguichi without havin hamachi installed, it tells you that hamachi is missing and gives you a link where you can download hamachi for linux. there are currently 2 hamachi for linux versions (these are the links you would get from the program):
Hamachi 0.9.9.9-20 (Legacy): http://files.hamachi.cc/linux/
Hamachi² (Beta): https://secure.logmein.com/US/labs/

i've choosen the last one :)
so if you've problems, try installing hamachi² and try haguichi again
