11.04 is a regular six month release, whereas 10.04 is an LTS version. I would honestly wait until the next LTS release before making comparisons to see if improvements exist, which knowing Ubuntu, there will be. But, of course, not without causing an uproar (read Unity.)

I am not sure that this question isn't troll bait. I would suggest you compare both Life Sessions. Either you like Unity or you hate it, there is no middle ground.

Other considerations: 10.04 is an LTS release and will be supported longer than 11.04. A direct upgrade from 10.04 to 11.04 is not possible.
