windows installer damaging windows 7

hey i have a problem with the windows installer it worked fine and installed ubuntu but when i started windows 7 again it went to a system recovery and then i tried uninstalling the ubuntu installer in windows but i can not find it

does anyone know what to do or what happened? If you need any more info tell me
