Problems after sucessful 11.04 installation reboot

After i install 11.04 successfully and i reboot the computer the monitor comes up with the message "Current input timing not supported, please change to 1366 x 768/60Hz"
the exact same thing happens when i enable the Nvidia accelerated graphics drivers for desktop effects.
what can i do about this?
