Cyl ovf

hi

I have 400GB hard disk.
On the first 90GB primary partition is WIN XP installed.
I've created a second partition and installed Ubuntu 11.04.
Grub is installed in the MBR, but now if I try to start Ubuntu for the first time, I get CYL OVF message.
What's wrong?

Thx, but I've installed exact in this way and it doesn't work.
BTW this is not my first Ubuntu installation.

Really strange, I've done the same installation with Ubuntu 10.04 and now it seems to work.
Perhaps is my PC Pentium 4 (from 2006) to old for 11.04.
