Window->Show View->Servers

Also, you probably want to create a Dynamic Web App project first.

Have you checked in the 'Other...' menu ... where you can open other views?

What about in Window->Preferences? Do you see a Server item on the left? If so, is Tomcat there as a Runtime Environment?

What Eclipse are you using? You want the EE one ... I use Galileo.

Is it the EE one? The first download on this page ... http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ ?

I'm still on older Eclipse (Galileo) so maybe things have changed in Indigo.

Try here: http://www.howtosolvenow.com/2011/07/tomcat-configuration-in-eclipse-indigo/

It must be the EE? Mine is Eclipse IDE for Java Developers.Is it the reason?
Best regards!

It is right! I have tried the tomcat-plugin with eclipse-3.5.2. Finally, I saw the tomcat icon. Thanks for your replying all the time.
