Exactly what it says - how do I do this?
Seems like it should be very simple.
I just want to update my review because I recently figured out how to make a program work which wouldn't work before.

For the record, I'm not a big fan of the USC. I prefer the gnome-app-install that listed programs by popularity. As I recall the interface was more straight-forward and gave more sort options as well.
I don't see how the USC is an improvement, but maybe they have some plans for it that have yet to be implemented.

I would like to know this as well. I'm in the same situation.

I would also like to know this. It would be a pretty big oversight if you couldn't change it.

USC is far from complete. Pretty much every common use case scenario is covered on the specification page in great detail: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter/

For example, correcting reviews is here:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter/RatingsAndReviews#Correcting_a_review

The problem is that they haven't been implemented in code yet and that, AFAIK, previous Ubuntu releases don't get the new version of USC.
