Hi, I'm trying to install Ubuntu 11.04 on VMware Workstation 7.1.4 on a Windows 7 x64 host but the installation gets stuck when it gets to retrieving files 29 of 70. I've tried restarting, creating a new virtual machine over and over again but still no luck. it always gets stuck at that particular point and sometimes i leave it for over an hour but still doesnt seem to move unless i click on skip. does clicking on skip means i've skipped some important file from installing or it doesn't really matter?? and those using ubuntu in vmware did you encounter this problem?? is there a way i can fix this without skipping that part?? thanks!
