During my last visit to Turkey I have seen an interesting brochure :

This brochure advertises an organization that aims to help African people

And their name also sounds a lot like "Care" which is a very famous charitable organization. "Çare" means solution in turkish

I found this interesting, just wanted to share :)

Maybe they did it on purpose, to make you think "I'd better donate to this charity so they can save the two other African kids"!

That does look very, very similar to the old Ubuntu logo. You might have something there about the plagurism. Unfortunately the old Ubuntu logo was very generic and there are many other innocently-similar logos. The new one is a little better, having a filled-in circle around it.

Which reminds me: When will Ubuntu Forums be decked out in the new colours and the new logo? When I say "new", I mean "the colours Ubuntu has had for over a year now!"

The correct thing to do in cases like this is to report it to Canonical since they are the ones with the legal power and the right to make decisions regarding trademark infringement.
