Is Hoary available for download yet? if so... where can I find it?

if you are asking that, then you may want to refrain from getting hoary before release. hoary is right now in development and hasn't been released yet.

if you still want to try it out you can get it here: http://cdimage.ubuntulinux.org/releases/hoary/array-6/

it's still not a release version, so only install hoary if you are prepared for possible problems ;)
