OpenOffice Writer is not playing nice with gnome panels on my computer (Ubuntu 10.04) When I start the program no button is formed on the bottom panel, so when I minimize the document I lose it. This happens with no other program, even OpenOffice spreadsheet whows up un the panel. I recently started to use Ubuntu and can find no way to fix this. Can anyone help?
