Is there anything that will work as an off-line editor for blogger (blogspot) w photos?

Drivel works for simple text-only, but that's not really what I'm looking for.

It's a browser addon.. never used it so don't know about it's features..

Good suggestion, but not really what I'm looking for.
I'd like to be able to edit old posts offline.

Just having a problem with blogger running really slowly lately.
