Unable to install 11.04 on Windows XP

I have been trying to install Ubuntu 11.04 for a couple of days but every time I get an error telling me permission denied when roughly 3/4ths the way through the installation. The log file says Erro 13I tried to upload the log but I kept getting an invalid file error when uploading.
