Hi guys , I'm tryin' to convert media files to other formats using winff . But nothing happens ! I mean a terminal window popping up and then nothing happens to the files , I tried many formats like (wmv,avi,flv,mp3,wma etc.) to others , and I have all prerequisites . I'm not sure :D

- ffmpeg (Multimedia player)
- Gstreamer ffmpeg video plugin (Codecs to play formats)
- libmp3lame
- libmp3lame (DEV - I thought that this could be useful)

and this is an image off winFF on my desktop , I'm new in ubuntu so I need help to catch up .

tnx :D:D:D

Hi
The error message on your screenshot shows "unknown encoder libmp3lame".
So you need to "enable" the restricted encoders.
Look at options B or C here:- http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1117283&highlight=ffmpeg+codecs
