Waiting for Chromium 13 to get pushed to update on Lucid.
Finally gave up and added ppa.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:chromium-daily/stable
Was this a change in policy about Chromium updates for Lucid?
Related question. Is there a ppa for Chrome stable on Lucid? The only ones I can see (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+ppas?name_filter=chrome) are for Chromium.
