Like India that are active in this field.
What countries are active in the field to customize Linux? :)

Don't think I am quite following. There are several countries that are using Linux for various goverment institutions and a lot of use in the private sector. I am aware of a few custom distro's like Red Flag Linux that is made and used in China for instance... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Flag_Linux
