I'm using 11.04 & I'd like to use XFCE instead of GNOME keeping Unity as it is. Since I don't have internet connection, it would be easy for me to download a .deb package of XFCE desktop & install it on my offline machine. I don't want to make my hands dirty using Keryx, so any suggestion other than that is welcome.
Thanks.

You can get the individual packages and libraries in the .deb format . I see no way download all the packages as a group . I think it would be a nightmare to try and install XFCE package by package not to mention downloading them . http://packages.ubuntu.com/natty/xfce/
