View Full Version : Naughty little 1px frame on Nautilus. How can I fix it?

Hi.

I'm having a problem theming nautilus: there's an annoying grey, 1px frame around the Nautilus browser area.

I know it might be quite insignificant to some, but it really is ruining the aesthetics of it. If anyone can tell me where I can edit the lines to fix this would be dandy; I've been scouring the last couple of hours in the gtkrc and trying to add my own nautilus.rc (as there are no per-app styles for the theme I'm tweaking), and cross-checking with other themes (specifically elementary, since it seems as though it lacks the naughty 1px frame).

Oh, and less importantly, can anyone also tell me how/where to padding between the icons and text in the side-pane?

Just a bit of background:
I've been theming GTK for a couple of weeks now, so I have the basic syntax knowledge of gtkrc, and nothing more.
The theme on which the above theme is based on is absolute (http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/absolute?content=126326), created by 2sev. I've only edited less than 20 lines, so it should be understandable as to why there are no noticeable differences apart from the scrollbars and scale sliders.

If anyone should need to see the code, I'm ready to copy-paste them.

Thanks in advanced, :)
Ade
