Can i uninstall windows after i have installed ubuntu via wubi installer, and if i can , what would go wrong with the installed ubuntu?

it would mess up ubuntu as well its best to unistall ubuntu from windows as on unistall wubi then download ubuntu and burn to a disc or put it onto a usb flash drive then when you're installing ubuntu just check the option do remove windows and install ubuntu only, dont try what your going to do because it could give you some big headaches and a lot of problems and anoyance

One solution possibility ...

since you have a Wubi installation, what about doing a "migration"?

Create a new partition on the hard drive. Migrate the Wubi installation to this new partition. Then from Ubuntu, remove the Window partition.

If you are interested, I'll look for the post how to do this.

Personally I would keep the Window installation. You never know what could happen during an Ubuntu update or you make some changes and something goes wrong.

At least you have a "working" operating system. Just a thought.
