Need a smaller instalation pack

Hi, i need some help, i got a ASUS laptop whitout a cd-drive, and not acces to a wire nettwork, and i want to innstall ubuntu again, are tired of Windows now.

and i only got a memory stick whit 500mb space, what to do?

You could install Ubuntu with Wubi and define Ubuntu as the default system.
