Gmail and arrow key navigation???

I am wondering whether I am the only one facing this issue, or its intended, but my gmail interface doesnt scroll around with the arrow keys anymore w.e.f. 16 Aug 2011, 1407 GMT+0500.

Am I the only one facing this?

Doh... I thought I reported the spam... now it seems I posted to the thread :p

As for your issue... I don't seem to be able to scroll around the gmail interface with my keys... then again I don't think I was ever able (this is in my browser right?)

It does work here but choppier than other sites. For example this forum scrolls pretty smooth with the arrow keys.

:D No No.. thats understandable. And a job well done too.

And yes, in your browser. Im pretty sure I could earlier. In this very same browser. Infact, in none of my browsers does it scroll.

And choppier you say..? I need to set about thinking of how I can achieve that! :P

Altho, yes. The forums are very arrow key friendly.

It only starts scrolling with the arrow keys after I've clicked somewhere in the Gmail tab. My browser if Firefox (brand new 6.0 :P) btw.
