hi guys im new to ubuntu and im trying to install the jdk from the terminal and i keep getting an error. after i put in
apt-cache search jdk and
sudo apt-get install sun-java6-jdk sun-java6-jre
it says
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?
again i just got ubuntu yesterday so please put it in noob terms
