All,
Does anyone know if there is free VDI software for Linux that allows for personalized virtual desktops as a managed service from a virtualization platform built to deliver the entire desktop, including the operating system, applications and data. An alternative to VMware View or XenDesktop? This way one can access a secure virtual desktop setup with an OS over the Internet?
I realize that VMware Server, XenServer among others are free but as software alone they don't seem to have the ability to access the virtual machine from other computers over the web.
