I recently installed Ubuntu on a new Commodore 64 that is connected to an Apex 40" HDTV through an HDMI cable. However, the desktop is too big for the screen, so the sidebar is cut in half, and I can't see the taskbar along the top. I was told before hand that this issue (if it were to happen) would resolve itself after installing Ubuntu while connected to the internet. Is this fixable? If so, how? Is there a driver available? If so, can someone give me a URL?
