Ubuntu course in Melbourne!

I don't have any background for Linux and I am planning to study Ubuntu in Melbourne Victoria! So, are there any TAFE, Uni or training industry offer Ubuntu in Melbourne!! I am not only interesting beginning course, I think I am planning up to Server admin and network level!! Please send me the information (include website if there have), thank you so much for everyone help and times!!!

I'd say you're better off taking a classes for networking and system administration than taking courses entirely dedicated to Ubuntu. You'll get a wider range of study.
