Upgrade Error for All Kinds of Updates

Whenever I attempt to update anything to do with Ubuntu, as well as install any packages, I get an error message similar to:

I cannot make any sense of this, so not sure what to do, any help is appreciated!

try this one by one


apt-get -f install

dpkg --configure -a

then try again

I just solved my issue:

Ended up opening up synaptic and reinstalling the tzdata package. Then I was able to run apt-get update and apt-get upgrade without issues.
