how to install HBA Card on Ubuntu

I am interested to use QLogic QMH2462 4Gb Fibre Channel HBA for c-Class BladeSystem Of HP. My operating system is ubuntu 9.10.

Please tell me how to install this device (QLogic QMH2462 4Gb Fibre Channel HBA) on Ubuntu.
