I hope this is the right forum for this question.
What happened to the nubuntu project. Their site is unreachable , and the project seems not manteined anymore , why this ? I'm a penetration tester and networking fanatic i have also tried to ad backtrack repositories on my ubuntu but they seem too old so they don't work , probably i got them from an old font , could you update me on this 2 questions , please , i will be glad .

;)

Ciao !

According to Wikipedia it closed its doors. If you follow Wiki's External links you can contact the author and ask him.

I have never even heard of nubuntu until now. Surprisingly it started in 2005.

Maybe look over gnacktrack, its based on ubuntu so maybe its similar to what you're looking for... and you already know about backtrack obviously. Although, I wouldn't look to 'mix in' these pentest distributions into a standard desktop ubuntu myself. People seem to tend towards a livecd or virtual machine install instead.

It's official, I will no longer be developing GnackTrack.but

It seems manteined and supported , my new question better off keeping it on an encrypted usb pen drive or a virtual machine ????
Blackbuntu seems more on the case on installing it on the hard disk , true ?
