View Full Version : [SOLVED] Geany missing window decoration

For some reason Geany stopped having window borders and title. All other apps have them. The only black sheep being Geany.

I might have messed something up in compiz using compizconfig.

I tried completely removing (which removes config files) compiz, compizconfig, unity and geany and reinstalling but it didn't solve the problem. I also tried running unity --reset but it didn't solve anything either.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Is there any way of fixing things without reinstalling? If that is the case I would be really happy to know! :)

It so happens that pressing F11 will make geany go full screen and this setting will persist for ever. This means that the problem is solved by merely pressing the F11 key once again. I am very happy now!
