hello
I recently stripped down a an ubuntu notebook 10.04 to perform very basic functions... I want to put the iso image on my server so that client pc's will just boot from it(sort of like a thinclient thing).
I've tried everything a can find online but to no avail...

can anyone please help...

I'm not entirely sure exactly what you're asking, but I suspect that LTSP is what you're looking for.

You can read about the project here:
http://www.ltsp.org/

and there's loads of good documentation here:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuLTSP
