I thought you were joking with this thread. If you google Blender tutorial on YouTube you'll get like a billion hits.
If you're really serious about learning it, I would highly recommend this guys series...

These are both extremely high end training programs. You'll have to take serious notes and do the exercise your watching after each part... but they are awesome.
