View Full Version : [all variants] Linux app to assign system icons, like IconPackager?

Hi all, Gnome user here :)

Is there an app to easily assign custom system icons (folders, drives, filetypes, etc.)? Something similar to Stardock IconPackager or even assigning them directly (in Windows you'd do that in the registry)?

So far, in Gnome the only thing I've found is the Icons setting in Appearance, but that's just for assigning entire icon themes. I'd rather not create an entire theme if I can help it, I just want to change a few things, like the orange folders. Unless, of course, there's a GUI icon theme creator out there I haven't heard of.

Thanks!
