For some reason, I don't think anyone will remember "System Administrator Appreciation Day". They do however remember "Administrative Assistant Appreciation Day". Most administrative assistants try to seem pleasant even when dealing with ******** :).

I remembered.

I ended up sending our on site network admin home early to enjoy the nice weather and the weekend early.

I figured better than some box of chocolates is to get away from the place that can drag you down sometimes.
