I tried make an ubuntu usb stick 04.2011... but does not work ... file structure[root] attached, can you tell if is correct i did correct build? or otherwise can you guess what did wrong and what must do correct?

How did you create the file system on the USB stick and if you try to boot from it what happens?

I download iso 386i and installer usb and extract with installer iso to stick... nothing happens when boot with it... file structure screenshot is correct? can you say from it?

"Creating a bootable Ubuntu USB flash drive"

I don't have a bootable USB to check. The files on your USB look ok to me, but as I say, I have nothing to compare it to.
Is your USB stick marked as bootable? Look in Windows Disk Management and see.

I believe the partiton that the files are on must be marked as bootable.
