What IDE would be the best, and how would I install Java? I have been programming in Java on XP, and am now moving to Linux, and making new programs there.
I don't mind the updates!

Hi Please navigate to Ubuntu Software centre in Application and Type IDE and JAVA in searh bar. There are many programmes with star ratings. Select which suits you.
