Installing DWM on 10.04?

So I decided, mostly out of desire for :KShipster-cred:KS, to try and install DWM. I now have the entry titled dwm on my session manager before i log-in, but when i select it, i'm just brought to the default Gnome 2.X session.

anyone installed a:KS tiling window manager successfully:KS and want to share their knowledge?

bump, does this not have enough stars? and it's a serious question, for those of you who don't know the difference between a light-hearted post and actual trolling.

You installed it on Xubuntu via Synaptic or apt (apt-get/aptitude)? Did it create a .desktop file in /usr/share/xsessions? Does the line "Exec=dwm" exist?
